At wnyDIRT, we supply bulk landscape and construction materials including gravel, stone, sand, topsoil, mulch, millings, and related delivery services.
Because these products are bulk materials and are often delivered and dumped directly at the customer’s property or job site, all sales are generally final once material has been delivered.
No Returns on Delivered Bulk Materials
Due to the nature of bulk materials, we do not accept returns on:
- Gravel
- Stone
- Sand
- Topsoil
- Mulch
- Asphalt millings
- Other bulk or loose materials once delivered or dumped
Once a bulk product has been delivered, unloaded, or spread, it cannot be returned for resale or reuse.
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details before purchase, including:
- Material type
- Quantity ordered
- Delivery address
- Job site access and delivery conditions

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Orders
If you believe you received the wrong material, an incorrect quantity, or there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Delivery Service Fees
Delivery charges are based on scheduling, truck time, dispatching, fuel, and transportation costs. For that reason, delivery fees are non-refundable once delivery service has been performed.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before material is dispatched or loaded for delivery. Once an order has been loaded, dispatched, or delivered, it may no longer be canceled or refunded.
To request a cancellation, contact us immediately.
Refunds
Refunds, if approved, are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be considered only in limited circumstances, such as:
- An order error caused by wnyDIRT
- Product unavailability before delivery
- Duplicate payment or billing error
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
